It’s a very nice property.

Yeah the original room we were put in here you could hear dishes being smashed thru dish washers all night long, staff already aware of the noise and were happy to change us the next day .

Beautiful hotel, very big, centrally located, right in-front of the beach, easy access to the beach. Food is good inside the hotel, evening live band provides good entertainment

Rooms are not well insulated, so noise can be an issue sometimes

The cleaning of the rooms it was very disappointing, the mirror in the bathroom was never cleaned , even if it was very dirty and obvious… my hair was laying down the shower for days and many more ….

Location & facilities

They could have tried to check us in earlier, at least given us 1 room of our 4 rooms. We for instance checked out all 4 rooms at 7.45am … am sure some other guests do that as well.

The pool and the breakfast were amazing. The view from the room was surreal

Check in should be at 2 pm not 3 pm

The hotel is a great location. Just walk across the road, and you are on the beach. Everything is near by: restaurant, 7-11 store, pharmacies, you name it... The staff was wonderful. They were also very helpful and professional. Thank you for you all: people at the reception, the concierge, people at the breakfast area (the lady who seated us, the guy making omelettes), people at the pool, the cleaning ladies. Everybody was very kind and friendly.

We had some smaller issues in the room. But maintenance fixed it quickly. The balcony doors/windows didn't close perfectly. Because of this, there was quite a bit of noise coming in from the restaurants in the evenings/at night. The entry door had quite a big gap on the bottom. There was noise coming into the room from that direction as well. I would suggest fixing these gaps in all the rooms, as they will increase the sleep quality of the guest.

Big resort across from beach. Close to lots of dining options. The room we got had unobstructed views of the ocean!

Music at night. On a crowded main road so you won’t get the tranquil beach stay here.

The room was good, quite spacious. I didn't get to the pool as I was out most of the time in Phuket. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel either.Location-wise, it was really good. Walking to nearby shops & beach. Money exchange right opposite the hotel, 7-Eleven, massage centres, etc.

I think, my timing was bad with the Patong Festival on the days I stayed here. It was way too crowded.

No thing and never book it again

The rooms are old and the wood of the cabinets Old and infected with termites , the noise outside almost the whole day, house keeping only changed the towels and make up the bed, the breakfast buffet full of bees they are everywhere can’t even go to pastry side and nobody doing anything to avoid them… it was very bsd experience

The location is perfect. You can access many kind of bars, cafe, restaurants.The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.We stayed with kids, there is kids room near lobby.

I heard some noise of renovation from outside. But it was daytime so didn't care so much.

The furniture was look very old and not comfortable and when call for some service the operator hard to understand and close the line even not to say noted

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.The room was completely worn out, the service was terrible, and the staff were unhelpful and extremely money-driven.There was absolutely no cooperation, and their attitude was rude and unprofessional.

Everything the rooms were awesome with a view over the ocean the pool amazing. The breakfast was extensive and excellent. The staff were amazing for example I went to front desk to ask if they had a way to make the beds a little softer. They said yes they would send up a mattress topper within 10 mins 2 staff arrived completely remade the bed amazing. Anything you ask for happened almost immediately. The restaurant and bars were excellent
